Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery

We currently ship to the United States. Standard delivery takes about 7–12 business days after processing. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35: $4.95 flat rate.

Delays and lost parcels

Carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us at yembo.shop@outlook.com and we will resend or refund it.
