If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at yembo.shop@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price. For hygiene reasons we may ask for a photo of the product instead of a return; when a return is needed we will send you the return address.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
